These self-supporting units provide a mobile access platform system for applications where a permanent one is unable to be installed. EFP engineers, designs, and builds customized removable platforms for even the most complex applications.

GREEN Portable Fall Protection Platform

Using a counterweight design, the GREEN PAL-100 Portable Access Platform provides users with a safe, mobile fall protection system as they access the tops of tank and bulk trucks in limited space areas.

The PAL-100 has a welded steel frame that can be adjusted from its base height of 9 ft. up to 13 ft. and adjustable outriggers are designed to support the unit at all heights.

The 2 ft. x 4 ft. long access platform uses a grip strut surface for safe, no-slip maneuvering and is attached to an aluminum safety cage.

For portability, the unit comes equipped with 2 swivel casters (with brakes) and 2 fixed direction casters fwith rubber bumpers on the frame to prevent from directly contacting vehicles.

GREEN Removable Insta-Rack Platform

The GREEN Removable Insta-Rack Platform was designed to be used with no foundation, making it an easy and flexible access system to install at worksites where permanent pedestal platforms cannot be used.

This system comes equipped with a single pedestal platform, access stairway, and access equipment and offers steel, aluminum, and fiberglass (or combination) models.

Platforms come in various heights and orientations and either self-leveling safety stairs or a safety bridge/gangway are included for access equipment.

Custom 2-, 3-, and 4-rail aluminum safety enclosures are available as well as various integration options for loading arms and pumping stations.

Whether you're performing "Truck to Rail" or "Rail to Truck" transloading operations, the GREEN Portable Transloading Platform and its rolling base design will provide you with a mobile access solution for your application.

The system is available in single or double configurations and includes access options of a flat ramp, telescopic gangway, or self-leveling stairs.

Safety enclosures are standard on access equipment with OSHA compliant handrails, midrails, and toe-boards.

Various integration options are available such as a trailer package, loading arms, hose handlers, pump and metering systems, and operator buildings.

FlexiGuard Portable Freestanding Ladder System

The FlexiGuard Portable Freestanding Ladder System is the perfect solution when you need an access platform and fall protection when working at heights. Works especially well for servicing sensitive equipment where physical contact is undesirable such as aircraft.

The lightweight freestanding design can be easily moved by hand and can roll under structures so the overhead platform is directly above desired work area.

The system is configured with guardrails and separate anchor points for multiplace SRL's. A fall arrest bar for the access ladder is also included.

For height adjustment, the system uses a simple hand crank winch and heavy duty leveling jacks are also equipped.
