S-18 Guardian Window Washing Anchors for Rooftop Applications
Problem: This middle school needed window washing anchors to provide tie-off for regularly scheduled window cleaning and maintenance.
Solution: EFP designed and installed 53 window washing anchors for three different roof elevations. These Guardian S-18 window washing anchors are rated to withstand a continuous load of 5000 pounds to be used as part of a rope decent system or (RDS). As one anchor is being used as an RDS a second anchor is used as an anchor point as part of fall arrest system.
