Custom Mezzanine Platform for Fulfillment Center

Problem: This high-volume New Jersey Distribution Company requested a custom platform solution to allow maintenance workers access to conveyor system jams.

Solution: Given the tight confines from which to provide a workable solution, EFP engineers designed a custom free-standing platform system to be erected around the existing conveyor infrastructure. EFP Installation Crews erected the custom system during off-shift schedules to allow for continued operation while the system was being constructed. The resultant system provides the needed access and gained one very satisfied customer. EFP has the ability to design, build and install most any customer platform application, be it indoors and outdoors.
